Named one of the U.S. Army's "most proficient and capable leaders" during his military service, Michael went on to earn a degree with honors in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and manage large scale federal government software engineering and cybersecurity programs nationwide for nearly a decade prior to founding Netizen. He holds PMP, CISSP, and other industry certifications.

Chief Business Development Officer

Max is a Certified Expert Security Executive (CESE) and served in the U.S. Army as an Arabic linguist, Intelligence Analyst (SIGINT), and Counter-Terrorism Specialist in the Middle East and Europe. He graduated with honors from Kutztown University with a degree in International Business and manages Netizen's federal government and defense market business development initiatives.

Rich Stoneberg, Chief Information Security Officer

Chief Information Security Officer

Rich is a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. He oversees all of Netizen's compliance and security operations both internally and for customers leveraging his decades of government, financial, and healthcare cybersecurity management experience. He is also at the forefront of cyber threat analysis and malware research and holds CCISO, CISSP, CCSP, and CEH certifications, among others.


Rocco Zegalia, VP of Sales and Marketing

Rocco is an Air Force veteran and was previously a successful Account Executive for a national advertising company. At Netizen he oversees all commercial sales and marketing activities in areas including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, Harrisburg and others across the country.

Austin Flannery, Director of Information Security

Austin manages Netizen's internal information security programs. He also leads RMF/cybersecurity validation, assessment, monitoring, and engineering projects for customers. He has a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and is a certified Navy, Marine Corps, and DHA Validator with years of experience.

Jonathan has 20 years of experience in cybersecurity as well as a diverse background in software development, systems and database administration, and process control engineering. He has a Bachelor's degree in Network Security and is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and SAFe Agilist.


Eddie Benjamin, Director of Defense Operations

Director of Defense Operations

Eddie is a Marine Corps veteran with over 21 years of service who deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He has a master’s degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Project Management and retired at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3 with the II Marine Expeditionary Force, G6 command staff.
